Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
Regarding cancellations and returns
As the products are manufactured by Ioku Made to Order Co., Ltd., please refrain from cancellations or returns due to the customer's convenience.
If you cancel for special reasons , please note that due to the nature of the product, a cancellation fee will be charged even before delivery. Please note that refunds will be made by bank transfer and you will be responsible for the transfer fee.
Regarding cancellation fees
After cutting the fabric
→ 10 % of order fee.
After product production
→ 30 % of order fee.
Regarding returns and exchanges of defective products
We thoroughly inspect the product before shipping, but if the product has fraying, poor sewing, scratches, stains, dirt, etc., please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and how to return it. We will repair or remake the product. Please note that we will not be able to accept returns for customer reasons such as the product being different from the image.
Items that cannot be returned or exchanged
・Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer ・In the case of incomplete information due to a customer's entry error, etc.
・Items that have been used or have obvious signs of use
・If you change the design, fabric, or color
・Items due to the customer's convenience, such as being different from the image.
・Products that are returned without contacting us ・Products that have been received for more than 8 days

- Accidents during delivery will be negotiated between the customer and the delivery company.
- Even if the delivery company does not provide compensation, we cannot provide compensation.
