Question: Can I request sewing from just one piece? What is the minimum lot number?

Answer: We will sew from one piece. We will sew it to create a sample (prototype).

Question: What is the delivery time? How long can you respond?

Answer: Delivery time will vary depending on whether it is a busy season or a slow season.

Question: I am an individual, can I make a request? Can I do business with individuals and small businesses?

Answer: We can help individuals, sole proprietors, and small businesses with sewing, pattern making, and mass production.

Question: Can I bring in fabrics and accessories?

Answer: We also accept delivery.

Question: Can you purchase the fabric and accessories?

Answer: We at AGLUCA handle purchasing from trading companies and fabric stores. We have multiple swatches (material samples) available for you to choose from.

Question: What is the sewing fee, market price, and cost?

Question: Can I take a factory tour?

A: You can tour our factory on weekdays and Saturdays.

Question: What kind of products/items can you sew?

Answer: You can sew a wide variety of items such as shirts, cut-and-sews, pants, dresses, skirts, jackets, coats, pajamas, etc. That is the characteristic of AGLUCA. However, depending on the thickness of the fabric, this may not be possible due to sewing machine adjustments.

Question: What do I need to prepare before requesting a garment factory?

Answer: It is possible to sew if you have the pattern, sewing specifications, fabric, accessories, (brand name, quality indication). AGLUCA can provide all of them, or you can provide some of them yourself, so we can respond flexibly.

Question: Can you create a brand name?

Answer: AGLUCA cannot produce it in-house, so we outsource it to a partner company. It is also possible for the customer to supply the items they have prepared themselves.

Question: Can you create a quality label?

Answer: AGLUCA cannot produce it in-house, so we outsource it to a partner company. It is also possible for the customer to supply the items they have prepared themselves.

Question: Can you do embroidery?

Answer: Since AGLUCA cannot handle embroidery in-house (because we do not have specialized equipment), we outsource the embroidery to a partner company. It is also possible for the customer to request an embroidery company by themselves after the garment is completed.

Question: Can you print (graphics, logos, etc.)?

Answer: AGLUCA cannot handle this in-house, so we outsource printing to a partner company. You also have the option of requesting a printing company to print the clothes yourself after delivery.

Question: Can you discuss OEM (sewing requests/outsourcing) for ladies?

Answer: It is possible to sew for ladies (women's).

Question: Can you discuss OEM (sewing requests/outsourcing) for men's products?

Answer: We can handle men's sewing.

Question: Can you discuss unisex OEM (sewing requests/outsourcing)?

Answer: Unisex (unisex) sewing is possible.
